Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Restoration of Road After Pipeline Laying Work and Unsafe Open Drain/Chamber
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention the poor and unsafe condition of the public lane/road near my residence. Pipeline laying work was carried out in this lane, but the road was not properly restored after completion of the work.
More than one year has passed, but the damaged portion of the lane has still not been properly repaired or restored. The road surface is uneven and damaged, with broken bricks and paving around the pipeline, making movement difficult for residents and pedestrians.
There is also an open/broken drainage chamber/manhole in the lane, which is filled with garbage and waste. This poses a serious risk of accidents, particularly for children, elderly people and pedestrians. The condition also causes problems with cleanliness and drainage.
I have already brought this matter to the notice of the concerned persons/authorities several times, but no permanent action has been taken so far.
I therefore request the concerned authority to conduct an immediate site inspection and direct the responsible department/agency/contractor |
